Our selection includes baby spinach, wild rucola, green and red mizuna, various mustard greens, baby kale, pea shoots, and specialty salads that have been prized for their tenderness, intense color and balanced flavor.

Fennel, radicchio, carrots, daikon and round daikon, kohlrabi, spring onions, frisée, and head lettuce, grown according to rigorous quality protocols to ensure freshness, crunchiness, and uniformity.
